From picnic spots to walking trails, hiking, biking and breathtaking views, wind farms have something for everyone. And all this set against a backdrop of wind turbines that are providing your home with clean, renewable, energy.

Exposure

Throughout the Programme, you will be provided with several responsibilities and a range of activities to ensure your knowledge of the wind energy industry, alongside your relevant technical skills and expertise, are developed. You will also be paired with an experienced mentor to support your learning and development throughout the Programme.

Training

As part of the programme, you will also have the opportunity to join WEI’s industry Graduate & Early Career Training Programme where you'll network with your peers and gain access to industry experts from across the different sectors.
